No Smoking Rules

Tides Residents, For those of you who are not aware, the results of the smoking vote are as follows:

1. There is no smoking allowed on the balconies. This rule has not changed since it was enacted 3 years ago. 2. The vote regarding Non-Owners/ Renters was overwhelmingly passed. Non-Owners are no longer allowed to smoke inside their unit or on the balcony.
