RE: Balcony / Terrace Conduct
We have received several complaints from residents of the lower floors that other residents are throwing trash off their balconies. As you are aware, this issue constitutes a violation of the building Rules and Regulations. These incidents can cause accidental bodily injury and property damage to units and pedestrians below.
WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE HAVE SOME CONSIDERATION FOR THE WELL BEING OF THE BUILDING AND YOUR FELLOW NEIGHBORS. PLEASE DO NOT CONTINUE THIS PRACTICE, IT IS VERY DANGEROUS! IF YOU SEE ANYONE DOING THIS PLEASE CONTACT THE OFFICE OR FRONT DESK IMMEDIATELY PROVIDING THE UNIT NUMBER AND TIME OF THE OCCURRENCE. (YOU WILL REMAIN ANNONYMOUS)
Please note that anyone caught in this practice will be dealt with to the fullest extent possible, including fines being assessed.
